• Payment processors: GCash (G-Xchange Inc.), PayMaya (Voyager Innovations Inc.), and Philippine banking partners receive transaction data necessary to process deposits and withdrawals.

• KYC documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years after account closure in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with financial record-keeping requirements.
• Support communications: Retained for three (3) years for dispute resolution purposes, or longer if a dispute remains unresolved.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your account and for three (3) years after any consent withdrawal, as evidence of the consent given.

Data that is no longer required and for which no legal retention obligation applies is securely deleted or anonymized.

10. Children's Privacy

The acejl platform is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21 years. acejl does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. If acejl becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that account will be immediately closed, all collected data will be deleted, and any balance will be forfeited in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

11. Marketing Communications

acejl may send you marketing communications about promotions, bonuses, new game launches, and platform updates where you have provided explicit consent during registration or through your account settings, or where acejl has a legitimate interest in communicating with existing players about services directly related to those already provided.
