These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and acejl Casino ("acejl," "the Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided through acejl.club or any associated subdomain or mobile application, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English language version shall prevail in all cases.
To register and maintain an account on acejl Casino, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
acejl Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period requested by acejl may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Each player is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on the acejl platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a violation of these Terms.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to promptly update any details that change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification is required before acejl will process any withdrawal request. For Philippine players, acceptable identity documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Philippine passport, and Philippine driver's license. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested as part of the enhanced due diligence process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. acejl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify acejl support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
acejl Casino processes all transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and other Philippine online banking channels as made available on the platform.
All funds deposited to acejl must be from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or any other individual — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard at the time of the request. acejl does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published in the platform's banking FAQ. acejl is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, GCash, or PayMaya after the withdrawal has been dispatched from acejl's systems. All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering review, and acejl reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements to any withdrawal at its sole discretion.
acejl does not accept deposits made using borrowed funds, credit cards, or funds obtained through any illegal means. Deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account and used for wagering, except as required by applicable Philippine consumer protection law.
acejl Casino offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the individual promotion page, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering multipliers, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.
Where a bonus requires a wagering requirement to be met before withdrawal, the specific multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount) will be stated on the promotion page. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute a reduced percentage or zero percent. acejl Casino reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred. In the event that acejl suspects bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting game mechanics to fulfill wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other form of advantage play designed to extract bonus value — acejl reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
The Fortune Tree daily reward program operates on a best-efforts basis. acejl does not guarantee the continuation of this program and may modify reward values, eligibility criteria, or frequency at any time. Fortune Tree credits have no cash value until wagering requirements stated in the program terms are satisfied.
All games available on the acejl platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been tested and certified by independent testing laboratories for fairness and randomness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of game rounds and are not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed in the interface and any external description, the in-game rules shall prevail. acejl is not responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to review and understand the applicable game rules before placing wagers.
In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, bets placed during the period of the malfunction may be voided at acejl's discretion. acejl will not be liable for losses arising from system errors, interrupted internet connections, power outages, or any other technical failure outside acejl's reasonable control. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acejl platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:
acejl Casino reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where acejl reasonably believes that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to acejl; (c) a player requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming provisions; or (d) a player is determined to be ineligible to hold an account under Section 2.
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus credits — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a player breach (for example, acejl ceasing operations in a particular territory), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable period.
Players wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting acejl support. Any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will not prevent account closure, but unmet wagering requirements will result in the associated bonus being voided upon closure.
acejl Casino is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. acejl provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard at no charge: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders and hard session time limits, cooling-off periods (temporary account locks of defined duration), and permanent self-exclusion.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the acejl platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the acejl platform without express prior written consent from acejl Casino.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, acejl Casino's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
acejl Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, whether or not acejl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
acejl does not make any representation or warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform at any particular time. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Gambling is inherently a risk activity — acejl does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or experience.
acejl Casino's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

acejl Casino reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, acejl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the acejl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to applicable gaming regulations administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the acejl platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by acejl's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
